As every one is aware, Soft skills has taken a new dimension in the last couple of years. Its importance and relevance to the current industrial trend cannot be ignored. Ten years ago, in the initial years of an individual's career, his/ her technical abilities were important to get good assignments. However, in the recent years, with the increase in competition, where more technically qualified individuals are available in the market, the industry has added one more criteria in the selection and admission process - "Soft Skills."
